Trek Fuel EX7

This is my new 23" bike. The seat is set to give me the perfect leg extension. I used an adjustable riser stem to approximate where I'm most comfortable on the bike given my bad back and neck.

In this shot, the handlebars are the same height as the seat, but look how high I had to raise them up.  I'm not sure I could get this height with a riser stem and riser bars, could I?
